Gulet charter fee includes:

The gulet charter rate includes private use of the yacht together with all onboard amenities and equipment, ensuring a relaxed and all-inclusive cruising experience.

Professional crew service and all crew salaries are fully covered. Fuel for cruising in Turkish waters is included for approximately 3–4 hours per day, depending on the planned itinerary and weather conditions, along with generator usage for daily onboard comfort.

Harbour fees for embarkation and disembarkation (excluding private marinas) are also included, as well as yacht insurance.

Guests benefit from daily cleaning services, fresh bed linen, bath and beach towels, and routine laundry for yacht use. The transit log and Wi-Fi access within Turkish waters are also provided.

In addition to the charter fee, the following costs are not included:

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) – 30–40% of the charter fee

The APA is an advance fund provided prior to embarkation to cover all variable expenses during your charter. This typically includes fuel for the yacht and tenders, food and beverages tailored to your preferences, marina and port fees, local taxes, and any additional services or special requests.

Throughout your journey, the captain manages the APA with full transparency and provides a detailed account of all expenses at the end of the charter. Any unused balance is refunded, while additional costs are settled accordingly.

Crew gratuity is not included and is given at your discretion, typically ranging between 10–15% of the charter fee.

Charters Including Greek Islands

For itineraries that include cruising between Turkey and the Greek Islands, additional charges may apply. These can include international clearance procedures, port and harbour fees in Greek waters, and local agency costs associated with cross-border cruising.
